Frosty Rays is a combination of Flair and a piece of thin metallic
- This fiber comes in both petite and regular. The difference between the two is the thickness of the metallic running through the center of the tubular flair.
- The metallic center (Tiara) may be removed from the tube and used separately as a blending filament (the remaining tube is flair)
- Another trick is to bring the needle up through the canvas, remove the needle and slide the flair portion down the metallic to form a clump. Re-thread the needle and couch the clump as desired to give a chenille or ruffle effect.
- This fiber is perfect for 13/14 count canvas. Use the petite version for 18 count.
